Reward Homes Terms & Conditions:

Reward Homes is pledged to the letter and spirit of the U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation. We encourage and support affirmative advertising and marketing programs in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, gender, handicap, familial status, or national origin.

PRICING AND INCENTIVES
Reward Homes reserves the right to change pricing and incentive packages without notice. Any pricing noted is conditioned upon the review and approval of the Builder, Developer, Lender, and County. Closing contributions and incentives are dependent upon the use of our designated lenders and title company. Lot premiums may apply. All pricing and incentives must be verified with the Community Sales Manager prior to written contract.

SPECIFICATIONS, PHOTOS AND RENDERINGS
Community site maps and model floor plans are artist renderings that may depict optional features and are not to be construed as contractual builder standards. All square footages or dimensions are approximate. Features, options and designs are subject to changes or substitution without notice. Photographs are used for likeness only and may reflect optional features that are not included in base pricing. All materials contained on this website is for informational purposes only and is subject to change at any time.

ONLINE RESERVATIONS
Upon completion of a reservation, Reward Homes will use reasonable efforts to contact the purchaser within 24 hours to execute the New Home Sales Contract (“Purchase Agreement”). It is the obligation of the purchaser to contact and make connection with a Reward Homes sales representative to complete the Purchase Agreement. The reservation does not create any rights or obligation, or guarantee the pricing or availability of the reserved property. Duplicate reservations are possible. In the event of a duplicate reservation, an alternative property may be selected or the amount of the reservation fee paid will be refunded. Acceptance of the reservation is at the seller’s discretion. Processing a refund for the reservation of a property could take up to 2 weeks. This reservation is void where prohibited by law. Only one reservation is allowed per household. 

THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS
We use third party payment processors to process payments / deposits made to us. Reward Homes does not retain any personally identifiable financial information, such as credit or debit card numbers. All such information is provided directly to our third party processors. Any information that is transmitted to the Payment Processor is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL). The Payment Processor's use of your personal data is governed by their privacy policy.

LINKS TO AND FROM THIS SITE
Reward Homes shall not be liable for the accuracy or content of information provided by websites which are linked to our website via hypertext or other computer "links." Links to external websites are provided merely as a convenience to our users and do not constitute an endorsement by Reward Homes.
